 Picture copyright / Legal notice OLLAll online pictures of lights in the collection of the online list of lights are also offline available as a hardcopy with measures 10x15cm in my collection. The biggest part of the photos available have been shot during our beacon-spotting holidays, but of course, there are pictures and postcards which have been bought or distributed to the OLL. To enable you to get the correct copyright of all pictures and postcards shown online (and to pay homage to the author of the picture) you will find a three letter code behind each picture shown in the Online List of Lights.

Bildnachweis / Impressum OLL Alle online gestellten Bilder von Leuchtfeuern sind in der Sammlung der Online List of Lights als Hardcopy 10x15cm vorhanden. Den größten Teil haben wir in unseren Leuchtfeuer-Urlauben selbst "geschossen", aber es gibt natürlich auch Fotos oder Postkarten, die nicht von uns geknipst wurden. Auch um den Bildnachweis für diese Fotos beziehungsweise Postkarten zu liefern (um praktisch den Autoren zu huldigen) ist in der Zeile der einzelnen Bilder im Leuchtfeuerindex jeweils eine Abkürzung, um auf die eigentliche Herkunft der Bilder hinzuweisen.

Die Verlagsgesellschaft Eggenkamp gibt unter anderem in ihrer Serie "artcolor" Postkartenbücher heraus.

Antonio ist ein Kapitän aus Lissabon/Portugal, der das Schiffspotting zum Hobby hat und seine Bilder auf shipspotting.com veröffentlicht. Antonio is a shipmaster from Lisbon/Portugal, who takes pictures of ships as his hobby. Pictures can be seen on the shipspotting.com homepage. Evelin und Arno Siering reisen gerne und das viel am Meer. Dadurch kommen sie auch an vielen Feuern vorbei, was ein toller Zugewinn für die Online List of Lights sind. Der Belfast Kayak Club wurde im Jahre 2000 gegründet und der Autor der Bilder ist Mitglied dieser Vereinigung. Die Kalenderfirma BrouwnTrout Inc. ist in San Francisco beheimatet und produziert Kalender in allen Größen mit den unterschiedlichsten Motiven, natürlich sind auch Leuchttürme dabei. BrownTrout Inc., which is situated in San Francisco, publishes calenders in all sizes with many different themes, of course one of the major parts are lighthouses as well. Christophe ist ein Leuchtturm-Enthusiast und viele seiner Bilder (vor allem aus frankophonen Ländern) sind bereits im Internet auffindbar. Auch die Online List of Lights profitieren von den tollen Bildern . Now the Online List of Lights are hosting some of his great pictures too. Die Firma Coastal Colour Products ist, oder besser, war in Maine in den USA beheimatet. Aus ihrer Produktion kamen tolle Leuchtturm-Postkarten sowie auch Bücher mit Bildern von Leuchttürmen. Mittlerweile ist die Homepage nicht mehr erreichbar und somit ist zu befürchten, dass die Firma mittlerweile insolvent ist. The company Coastal Colour Products is, or better: was situated in Maine in the USA. They have published great picture postcards with lighthouse images and books with photos of lighthouses. In the meantime, the webpage of the company cannot longer be reached, so the bankcruptcy can be assumed. Der Leuchtturmfan Christopher Lorenz hat einige Bilder zu den Online List of Lights beigetragen, aber viel wichtiger vielleicht ist die Bemühung, den Webseiten der Online List of Lights einen neuen Look zu geben, da die Programmierung doch etwas aufwendiger ist, als die html-Seiten. The lighthouse fan Christiopher Lorenz has added some pictures to the Online List of Lights, but a more important fact is that he tries to create a better look for the websites of the Online List of Lights as programming in html has reached its limits in the old style. Captain Peter, wie der Name schon sagt, Kapitän auf Großer Fahrt, versorgt mich mit Fotos von Leuchtfeuern aus Winkeln der Welt, wo ich Landratte wohl nie hinkommen werde. Auch hier sind schöne und seltene Feuer dabei, die außer von einem Schiff aus wohl sonst nie zu bekommen gewesen wären. Douglas macht mit seiner Frau Weltreisen an Orte, wo ich wohl nie hinkommen werde. Dass hier auch Leuchtfeuer vor die Linse kommen, versteht sich von selbst. Douglas travels around the globe with his wife and gets to places where I will probably never go. Of course they can also take pictures of lights there, which can be seen here. Der in Bielefeld beheimatete Delius Klasing Verlag hat eine Reihe, die Edition Maritim heißt. Hier werden alle Publikationen herausgebracht, die mit der Seefahrt zu tuen haben. In dieser Edition Maritim kommen auch Kalender heraus. One of the series, the Delius Klasing publishers, located in Bielefeld/Germany, produce is called "Edition Maritim". You can find all kinds of products dealing with navigation in this edition. One product is a calendar with lighthouses. In der Claude Pastor Edition sind viele Drucke und Postkarten erschienen, die schöne Landschaften von Frankreich zeigen. In the Claude Pastor Edition many prints and postcards with landscapes of France have been published. Damals noch eine Abteilung der Downeast Enterprise Verlagsgruppe gab sie Postkarten mit Motiven aus Neuengland heraus. Mittlerweile ist die Firma eigenständig und hat ihre Produktpalette auf Bücher und Kalender ausgeweitet. Formerly a divison of Downeast Enterprise publishers they mainly printed postcards with New England motives. Nowadays, an independant copmany, they distribute books and calenders too. Jos le Doare heißt die Firma aus Frankreich, die Postkarten und Bücher mit Motiven aus der Bretagne herausgibt. Und an den Küsten kommen auch Leuchtfeuer vor. Jos le Doare is the name of the french company which pubishes post cards and books with motives of the Bretagne. And along the coastline, you definately can find beacons. Die Editions d'Art Jack aus Louannec in der Bretagne publiziert Postkarten mit Motiven aus dem Nordwestteil Frankreichs. Dazu gehören natürlich auch Leuchttürme. The Editions d'Art Jack from Louannec/Bretagne publishes postcards which are showing pictures from the north-western part of France. Lighthouses are of course a part of it. Mehrere großartige Fotografen haben sich für diese Publikation zusammen geschlossen und lichten unglaubliche Motive ab. Bei den Leuchtfeuern ist der bekannte Fotograf Philip Plisson mit dabei. When it comes to lighthouses, the well known photographer Philip Plisson is one of the leading men in the Edition. Der Eiland Verlag gibt jedes Jahr Kalender in verschiedenen Größen heraus, von denen eine Serie jedes jahr den Leuchtturm als Motiv besitzt. Each year the Eiland publishers produce calenders in various sizes, with one series showing lighthouses around the world. Der spanische Verlag FISA vertreibt unter dem Logo "Golden Shield" Postkarten, die auch Leuchtturmmotive zeigen. The spanish pubishers FISA print postcard under the brand "Golden Shield", which sometimes show lighthouses. Fred war 10 Jahre lang Leuchtturmwärter für den Point of Ayre Turm, danach auf Maughold Head verantwortlich, später für beide Feuer und seit 2004 trägt er die Verantwortung für alle Feuer auf der Isle of Man. Fred was the lightkeeper on the Point of Ayre lighthouse for 10 years, afterwards at the Maughold Head light, later responsible for both lights and has resposibility for all lights on the Isle of Man since 2004. The rich source of shipspotting.com, the leading site in ship pictures, is the birthplace of many authors. forest10 is another one who closed a gap of oil rigs, which are listed too in the List of Lights. Hans Helge Staack ist einer der beiden Autoren des "Leuchttürme Lexikons" und seit Jahrzehnten ein hervorragender Kenner von allem, was sich um die maritimen Seezeichen dreht. Hans Helge Staack is one of the two authors of the German "Leuchttürme Lexikon" (Lighthouse encyclopedia) and known as an expert of the history of navigational aids. Der Verlag gibt Kalender in allen möglichen Größen heraus und ein Wochenkalender hat Leuchttürme der ganzen Welt als Motive. The company publishes calender in all sizes and a week-by-week calender shows lighthouses around the world. Als Mitglied der Interessengemeinschaft Seezeichen e. V. kann Hans-Albert Liebetrau natürlich nicht an Leuchtfeuern vorbei, ohne diese Abzulichten und die OLL profitiert hiervon, indem das eine oder andere Bild zu Lücken stopfen benutzt wird. Helmut Seger fotografiert privat als Hobby, und ein Wunschmotiv sind Leuchttürme - da fällt natürlich auch was für die OLL ab. Danke! Ina Rendtel aus Potsdam hat eigentlich ein anderes Hobby. Als Schatzmeisterin des Arbeitskreises Meteore e. V. sind die Blicke eigentlich gen Himmel als Richtung Meer gerichtet. Nichts desto trotz hat auch sie das Leuchtturmhobby zu ihrem Steckenpferd gemacht und fotografiert fleißig Leuchtfeuer. Ina Rendtel from Potsdam actually has another hobby. As treasurer for the "Arbeitskreis Meteore e. V." her looks usually are headed towards the skies instead of the sea. Nevertheless she loves lighthouses too and as part of her hobby she takes pictures which can be seen in the list of lights. J Arthur Dixon ist ein Produzent von Geburtstags- und Geschäftskarten, hat aber auch Postkartendrucke im Angebot. J Arthur Dixon is mainly producing birthday and business cards, but postcards can be found in the range too. John Eagle ist wohl der bekannteste irische Fotograf, der sich auch auf Leuchttürme spezialisiert hat und auch schon Bücher darüber herausgebracht hat. John Eagle is one of the best known photographers from Ireland, who has specialized on lighthouses and is pubishing books on this theme. Auch Lars hat einige Bilder auf Shipspotting.com online gestellt. Als Crewmitglied kommt er auch des öfteren an Bohrplattformen vorbei, die auch im Leuchtfeuerverzeichnis verzeichnet sind. Die John Hinde Group hat mit ihren Souvenirs ihren Hauptmarkt im englischspachigen Gebieten (USA, GB, Irland). The John Hinde Group has its primary market in english speaking countries (USA, Great Britain, Ireland) with its souvenirs. Jürgen Linge ist der Erschaffer der "Leuchtturmgalerie", einer Homepage, die in tollen Bildern die Leuchttürme Nordwest-Europas vorstellt, sowie deren Geschichte erklärt. Außerdem gibt es ein Forum auf deutsch in dem sich Leuchtturm-Begeisterte treffen. Jürgen Linge is the creator of "Leuchtturmgalerie.de", a website on which the lighthouses of the North-West of Europe are shown with great pictures and a brief history is given to each light. You can also find a forum (german) in which lighthouse enthusiasts meet. Jom hat auf seiner noch im Aufbau befindlichen Wikipedia-Page eine Seite mit Leuchttürmen aus Europa. Für die OLL konnte er auch Leuchtfeuer-Lückenfüller unter dem Creative Commons Copyright zusteuern. Jom is currently creating a Wikipedia page with pictures of lighthouse from Europe. He has also added gap closers for this OLL under the creative commons atrribution license. Joke kommt aus den Niederlanden und als Leuchtturmenthusiast sind auch ein paar Bilder auf diesen Seiten zu finden. Mittlerweile hat Joke eine eigene kleine Homepage, die Leuchttürmen gewidmet ist. Joke lives in the Netherlands and as a lighthouse enthusiast some of her pictures are available on these pages. In the meantime Joke has established her own website with lighthouses as its main theme. Die in Sevenoaks in Kent angesiedelte Firma publiziert Kalender, Postkarten und alle möglichen Arten von Drucken. Based in Sevenoaks, Kent, this company publishes calenders, postcards and all types of prints. Auch Klaus Hülse ist ein Leuchtturmbegeisterter, der seine Sammlung aber eher auf bereits inaktive Leuchttürme, auf alten Postkarten abgebildet. Aber auch neuere Türme gehören zu seinem Repertoire, und so gelangen auch mal neue Bilder von ihm in die OLL-Sammlung. Klaus Hülse is an lighthouse enthusiast too, but concentrates on old, already distinguished lights, displayed on old postcards. But new lighthouse can be found on his website too and some of his pictures are available in the OLL collection. Eine von Ingos Hobbys ist die Leuchtfeuerei und deswegen kommt auch das eine oder andere Bild auf diesen Seiten von ihm zu Ehren. One of Ingo's hobbies is to take pictures of beacons as we do, so that is why you can find some of his pictures on these sites. Klaus' Repertoire an Bildern bereichert mittlerweile auch die Online List of Lights und ergänzen nach und nach Lücken, die ich somit schließen kann. In der Nähe von Rostock zu Hause liefert Kuddel tolle Bilder von den Ostseefeuern als Lückenfüller für die Online List of Lights. Kuddel is living near the city of Rostock from which he sends beautiful shots of lighthouses of the Baltic Sea to close gaps in the Online List of Lights. So gesehen hat die Firma LEUCHTTURM, die Briefmarken-, und Münzenzubehör vertreibt nichts mit Leuchttürmen zu tun, aber als Huldigung an ihren Markennamen haben sie eine Postkartenserie herausgebracht, die Leuchttürme der Welt zeigt. Actually, the company LEUCHTTURM (Lighthouse) has nothing to do with its eponym, as it produces stamp and coin accessories. Murray King publiziert in erster Linie Postkarten aus der Region Cornwall, nicht nur Leuchttürme, sondern auch Landschaften. Murray King published postcards about the Cornwall region in the first place, showing not only lighthouses but landscape in general. Mit Genehmigung der MSA von Litauen zeigt die OLL die Feuer der Küste von Litauen auf Bildern, die der MSA gehören. With the agreement of the MSA of Lithuania the OLL shows pictures of lights of the coast of Lithuania, pictures which belong to the MSA. Der Schatzmeister des Fördervereins "Rettet den Leuchtturm Roter Sand e. V." hat natürlich auch seine private Homepage. The treasurer of the development association "Rettet Leuchtturm Roter Sand e. V" (Save lighthouses Roter Sand) of course has its own homepage. Die Firma Main Scene Inc. vertreibt aus Maine heraus eine große Anzahl an Büchern und Postkarten, die Motive aus Maine zeigen. Hierbei spielt natürlich auch der leuchtturm (neben Elchen) eine große Rolle. The freelance photographer is a globetrotter who has traveled the world by bike, and there are not many who can claim that of themselves. And the outcome of such travels leaves of course some additions to the Online List of Lights we are happy to use. His travels with a bike are described in detail on his website. Oliver Schwarze hat eine eigene Radioshow, in der er alle 14 Tage Alternative Music vorstellt. Als Hobby in seinen Urlauben schießt auch er Fotos von Leuchttürmen. Diese alt-ehrwürdige Fotohandel vertreibt als Verlag auch Bücher auf Amrum, natürlich mit dem Schwerpunkt der Insel. Immer wenn Schifffahrt und Beruf zusammentreffen, dann ist die Liebe zu Leuchtfeuern meist nicht weit. Mit Kapitänspatent auf Großer Fahrt und Rechtsanwalt in Schifffahrtsfragen sind Leuchtfeuer eines der großen Hobbys von Ronald Wöhrn. Einiges an Ausbeute ist hier in den OLL zu sehen. When navigation and occupation meet, the affection on lights isn't far away. With a master's certificate for deep sea navigation and as a shipping attorney lighthouses are a big part of Ronald Wöhrn's hobby. Some of his pictures can be seen on the OLL pages. Das Hobby des Ersten Ingenieurs ist unter anderem das Fotografieren von Schiffen, dem Shipspotting. Seine Bilder können auf DER Shipspotting-Seite bewundert werden. One of the hobbys of the first engineer is to take pictures of ships, the so called ship-spotting. You can see his photos on THE shipspotting-site. Die im Jahre 2003 gegründete Suomen Majakkaseura hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, ältere Leuchttürme vor dem Verfall zu bewahren und der Öffentlichkeit das Schicksal der Feuer näher zu bringen. With campaings they are trying to get attention of the public and raise money for the protection of the endangered installations. Die Untergruppe des Maritimmuseums in Danzig kümmert sich mit viel Liebe und Enthusiasmus um die polnischen Leuchttürme. This group which is part of the Central Museum of Maritime in Gdansk cares with love and enthusiasm about the polish lighthouses. Tolle Landschaftsaufnahmen, viele auch als Luftbilder, zeigen eindrucksvoll die kroatische Küste und natürlich auch die kroatischen Leuchttürme, von Marić in Szene gesetzt. Die Estnische Schifffahrtsverwaltung hat ein Kompendium online gestellt, in der das estnische Leuchtfeuerverzeichnis mit allen Feuern anklickbar ist und bei vielen ist auch ein Foto dabei. These symbols combined show all lights listed in the list of lights, of which no picture is available. Due to the large amount of lights in the world, these are, unfortunately, the majority of beacons and this is why it is so hard to put a complete pictured list of lights online. But this is at the end the aim of this webpage. To give you a brief overview on all lights a photo is needed of, and to stimulate you to get pictures from a certain area not yet fully covered I decided to re-arrange the webpages to show all lights, not only the ones I have pictures from in my collection. Mostly groups are shown (like: still x lights missing from region A) as it would blow the size of this webpage to list ALL lights seperately.
